The school semester begins quite late for most of our campuses this year. If you are in Riverside, Redlands, or San Bernardino during Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur, you are encouraged to join our students at local synagogues. Hillel has worked with all the temples nearby to ensure that students can attend free of charge. Here is a list of Reform, Conservative, and Orthodox services in the area. Please email adina@iehillel.org to schedule reservations at any of the services to ensure adequate seating.

Inland and Desert Hillel wants to welcome you to the Inland Empire! Come meet *or reconnect* with Jewish students from all over the IE, whether you go to UCR, University of Redlands, Riverside Community College, Cal State San Bernardino, or College of the Desert in Palm Desert!

We will be grilling kosher burgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers- free of charge to Hillel students! Bring your appetite, frisbees, and soccer balls to the lovely Fairmount Park in downtown Riverside on Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010.

Anti Defamation League to Speak about Anti-Israel Campus Activity on May 23

Girls Shabbat Picnic at UCR

The ladies of Hillel at UCR are having a special Shabbat dinner on Friday, April 30th, 6-7 pm.

There is an optional hike to UCR’s famous botanical gardens at 4 pm. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous, so don’t miss out!

Torah on Tap at Cal State San Bernardino
